Competition terms and conditions:

  1. Entry to competitions may be made online to the stated email address with scanned attachments if appropriate, or via the postal system to Competitions, 4kids, Galbally, Co Limerick, Ireland.
  2. Proof of sending post or email is not proof of our receipt of entries. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost, delayed or damaged.
  3. Only one entry per person per competition.
  4. Closing date is as stated in the competition. All entries received after this date will be considered invalid.
  5. No cash alternative or alternative prize is available on entrants request, but in the event of the advertised competition prize being unavailable we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
  6. In a judged competition the Editors decision is final. In a prize draw, winners will be picked at random after the closing date. All winners will be notified within 14 days of the closing date by post or by email.
  7. Prizes will only be posted to address in the Island of Ireland.
  8. All winners names will be published on the website along with their County of residence, they may also appear in our printed publications.
  9. Details from entries into competitions may be printed in our publications.
  10. Entries may be passed to the Competition prize supplier for marketing purposes.
  11. By entering a 4kids photographic competition you guarantee that the photograph is original to you and does not infringe the legal right of any party. You also guarantee that you have the explicit consent of all persons appearing in the photograph to enter it into the competition, or in the case of the appearance of a child, the explicit consent of that child's parent or legal guardian.
  12. Entry into competitions is considered as acceptance of the above terms and conditions and 4kids reserves the right to change theses rules at any time.
